New Vehicle Warranty Repairs
All new vehicles leased from PHH, as well as executive vehicles and Monthly Rentals acquired under the government Master Standing Offer Agreements (MSOs) are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The minimum basic warranty programs provide coverage for at least 3 years / 60,000 km.
Some manufacturers are also providing power train warranty coverage of 5 - 7 years / 100,000 – 112,000 km on select models, which may be subject to a $100 deductible charge, depending on the manufacturer.
Due to the variety and complexity of warranty programs and in order to accurately determine warrantable items and ensure expedient repairs are done by the appropriate facility, Purchasing Services is advising vehicle operators to consult with PHH Vehicle Maintenance Assistance technicians PRIOR to calling the Manufacturer’s Roadside Assistance Program OR directing repairs to a specific service centre. The 1-800 number for contacting PHH Vehicle Maintenance Assistance is located on the back of each PHH "red stripe" charge card.

- PHH Lease Vehicles – PHH Lease Vehicles are provided a PHH "red stripe" charge card. If you encounter any mechanical related problems, regardless of vehicle age or mileage, please contact PHH Vehicle Maintenance Assistance for direction using the 1-800 phone number listed on the back of the card.
- Executive Lease Vehicles – Executive Lease Vehicles are provided a PHH "red stripe" charge card. If you encounter any mechanical related problems, regardless of vehicle age or mileage, please contact PHH Vehicle Maintenance Assistance for direction using the 1-800 phone number listed on the back of the card.
- Monthly Rental Vehicles – Monthly Rental Vehicles are provided a "blue stripe" FUEL ONLY charge card. If you encounter any mechanical related problems please contact the MSO Rental Company for direction.
