Greening The Fleet
Government has set a target of 16% greenhouse gas reductions from 2000 to 2005 through changes to the vehicle fleet. Actions include acquiring more hybrid/alternative fuel vehicles, using biodiesel and ethanol fuel blends, switching to more efficient vehicles and reducing kilometres travelled.
