For the supply, service and maintenance of wheelchairs and other durable medical equipment for in-the-home use. The equipment requirements pertains to ministry clients (and their dependents) in relation to the Ministry of Housing and Social Development, children with disabilities living at home under the care of the Ministry of Children and Family Development, individuals and families living with developmental disabilities under the care of Community Living BC; workers severely injured on the job and who qualify for assistance through WCB/WorkSafe BC and individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents who qualify for medical and rehabilitation services through the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC). Other government ministries and public sector agencies may also access this agreement.
