Note: Supply of in-province rental vehicles on a monthly basis (1-12 months)

 

Purchasing Services has established Corporate Supply Arrangement (CSA) with a number of companies who have agreed to offer, on a monthly basis, a variety of vehicles to government ministries and select Public Agencies. These new agreements are substantially different from past CSA agreements for monthly rental vehicles and potential users should read and understand the agreement prior to contacting any of the approved companies.

When to use these CSA's:

The CSA's are to be used if a ministry office requires a vehicle for a period between one to twelve (12) months. Vehicle needs of less than an month should be directed to the Daily Rental Agreements while needs exceeding 12 months must involve the ministry vehicle coordinator and usually Purchasing Services. It is recommended that vehicle requirements exceeding one month duration should involve the ministries' Vehicle Coordinator to ensure utilization of the government's vehicle fleet.

Who may use these CSA's:

PLEASE NOTE

The CSA's may be used by offices / employees on official business, of any government ministry / office and those Public Agencies that use the PHH Vehicle Management Services under the Provincial Government contract with PHH.

Currently, the following Public Agencies qualify:

- Regional Health Boards	- Liquor Control Board
- Forensic Psychiatric Services	- Offices of the Legislature
- Industry Training and Apprenticeship Commission	- BC Ferry Services
