Update: Effective March 30, 2008, the Province has entered into an Enterprise Agreement and another Select Agreement.
On March 26, 2008 the Province entered into an Enterprise Agreement and a Select Agreement, both that are available to the Broader Public Sector.
The Enterprise Agreement number is 75E60562 and is effective until March 31, 2012.
The Select Agreement number 75S61738 and is effective until March 31, 2012.
These agreements have been entered into under the Microsoft Business Agreement number U5523018.

Broader Public Sector
In order to access the volume discounts from this agreement, you must have signed a MOU for access to CSAs with the Purchasing Services Branch (click here for a list of current participants). The MOU should be signed by a person in either your Purchasing Branch, or someone who can bind the entire organization to the terms of the MOU.
If you have signed a MOU with the Purchasing Services Branch you will be identified as a participant to the CSA, and subsequently as an affiliate to the Select Agreement. This will enable you to enroll in agreement through one of the LARs identified below. Please note: The MOU is an additional step to previous years. It is still necessary to enroll in the Select Agreement to receive the discounted pricing.
The following are the current CSAs were established via an openly competed competitive process and are available for use to the Broader Public Sector.
CSA's expire on July 31, 2012 and have 2 options to renew for 2 additional years each.
