Q: I need some help with my search.
Simply type where you'd like to find a property near to in the search box, provide your expected arrival and departure dates, and press Search. The
site will automatically try to locate the closest property with pre-negotiated rates for the date range selected. If you're having trouble with results, try adding , BC to the end of your search,
or enter your destination in the same way which you'd speak it. For example, Vancouver International Airport (The airport's code, YVR, would also find the right place).

Q: Trouble when phoning the toll-free number or reservation line and not being able to obtain the provincial government rate

Q: I've been charged a levy / fee / Destination Marketing Fee (DMF)
A: All fees and levies should be included in the rate. Properties might break down the
DMF on a separate line. The room charge and the DMF must total what is listed on the website
